BIKRAM YOGA

I aspire to become more fully connected to my spirit, my mind and my body....



What better to do then, than yoga:) Yesterday I went to Bikram Yoga Oslo for the first time. I liked how they presented themselves on the net and thought this sounded like a great environment to try out a new yoga practice in.  A bit nervous and a bit unsure if this was a good idea - everyone looked so fit and as if they had done this type of Yoga for ages... I said LOOKED like.... When in their gear, everyone looked like people in all different lovely shapes and forms - I really liked that... Everyone showed off an inspiring confidence in their own presence and body...

So I was a bit relieved and went inside: It was HOT.. I tried to relax, but it was really HOT and HUMID... I made sure my mat was close to the door and went outside for a bit... The lovely instructor probably saw that I was a bit scared,  to say the least: I had horror in my eyes... She said to not expect anything and just breath as no one were allowed to go outside during session... If I had to puke I had to come up to her and puke in her lap (many had done this, apparently), or I had to give her the horror look and she would open the door, but I COULD NOT GO OUTSIDE...

Cricky - how was this gonna end?????

Well I went inside again - and I STAYED for the whole 90 minutes...

IT WAS GREAT/FANTASTIC/WONDERFUL/a bit hard - but really this was really something I will keep on doing....

Fall is here:)



How I love the fall with it´s vibrant colours, smells of raspberries, strawberries and moist mornings.. The smell of the ocean, salty seaweed and the wind that tickles your hair and face...

How I truly love the fall - how I truly am grateful of its inspiring powers..

Should I walk or bike or what...

This is typically a great conversation I would have with myself trying to figure out how to get to job in a different way from yesterday... I often get really bored by rutine and must often change how I get to where I\m suppose to be - say work - if the duration of it extends beyond 2 months... So I have found that change inspires me to fulfill my commitments:)

Today I caugth the train, subway and the train again:)
